The author of this site, Gordon Sylvester, has sold appliances for several years for various retail organizations. He has managed one of the largest appliance stores in western Canada for the largest appliance chain in Western Canada. The author has been in retail management for over 20 years and retail for 25 years and currently lives in Southern Alberta Canada with his family where they operate a hobby store.
